The engagement

Ninety days. Six elements scored with the evidence written down. A roadmap in the order that works.

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, delivered in week three: a scored picture of how the company actually runs, with the evidence beside each score, from the person who then does the work.

WEEKS ONE AND TWO

Inside the company

Conversations with you and your leaders, separately. Your last three monthly reviews read. Last month's cash exceptions pulled. The six questions answered with names and numbers, not opinions.

WEEK THREE

The scorecard and the read

Each of the six elements scored zero to ten with the evidence beside the score, an owner and a next action against every element below seven, the one thing to fix first, which is rarely the lowest score, and the roadmap sequenced in the order that works.

DAY NINETY

The rescore

Every element is scored again against the same instrument it started on, so the second number means something against the first. The exit is written into the first day.

The fee

$10,000 or $20,000 a month.

Depending on the size and complexity of the company, agreed before any work starts. Monthly, on a ninety day cycle, remote on a weekly cadence with time on site when the phase calls for it. If the diagnosis in week three says the right next step is not me, you will read that in the roadmap.

Founder led, from $50 million up, any industry.

The business already makes something people want at a price that works. If it does not, I say so on the first call and we stop there.

You are willing to stay deep where your judgment is the difference and get out of everything else.

The exit is written into the first day. What stays is a system your team runs without me.

How it runs

Four engagements at a time is the limit. Past fifty million the work runs deep enough that a fifth is where an operator starts sending someone else, and there is nobody here to send.
